• Candidates are expected to maintain discipline in the premises. In case of any violations the
  Institute reserves the right to cancel the enrolment with no refund of fees.
• Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. The due date of fees
  instalment shall be followed strictly, if not institute reserves the right to hold the further classes until clearance of dues.
• The Photos of students shall be used by institute to upload on Institute Social media Page for
  celebration & Greetings.
• The Course materials given to students is the copyright of Apaha Trainers & Consultants Pvt.
  Ltd. and is to be used for Individual Learnings only.
• If any candidate is expecting 100% Placement Support from Apaha Institute they
  should qualify: Final Test, 100% Attendance, Completion of all Assignments. Salary
  depends on student’s interview / performance and market conditions.
• Student needs to behave politely with company staff and while in the training at Institute.
• Students need to reach site by themselves in case of site training in Pune or Pimpri-
  Chinchwad location, if we arrange site training in Mumbai, then Apaha Institute will arrange
  transportation to the site.
• If the trainers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute,
  irregular in attendance, not responding properly, student may be expelled from the Institute.
  The decision of the institute in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent.
• The backup videos provided to students shall only work on 1 mobile and 1 laptop devise, if
  found to share id with others, students will be blacklisted for lifetime.
• Smoking, Tobacco Chewing, Consumption of alcohol and use of narcotics are strictly
  prohibited in the premises of Institute. Students founded in the case will be dismissed from the Institute and will be handed to the law enforcement authorities.
• Damage to the property of the Institute like tampering with fixtures, laptops, equipment's like
  total station etc will be viewed seriously and cost of damage will be recovered from the
  concerned students.
• Students are encouraged to voice their opinion and engage each other in healthy debate. But
  they must be polite to other students and teachers in the class.
• Any change of address or telephone number should be notified in writing to the office within 10 days.
• We can guide students related to Hostels / PG nearby, but its student's responsibility to
  arrange hostels by them self.
• Training will be conducted in English Language, doubts solving can be done in English, Hindi
  or Marathi
• Students enrolled for any courses must provide photocopy of documents like Aadhar Card ,2
  passport size photos, Degree / Diploma / latest Exams results.
• If a student misses a test or study material collection, test/study material can be collected from the office within 7 days, failing which the material will not be given to him/her.
• In case of lost/misplaced study material / safety Kit, student can obtain duplicate set of notes /safety kit, additional charges applicable.
• In case of any mishap because of reasons beyond control or any natural calamity of any type
  (earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit, covid etc) occurs in the premises of Apaha ,
  institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
• Certification Shall be provided after successfully completion of Internship, students need to
  submit Internship report (This is for level 1, level 2 and level 3 students )
